Pumpkin Bread
This yummy recipe was from our Provo friend and neighbor, Pam Pulley. We traditionally make it in October to celebrate fall.
Combine:
2 cup flour
2 baking powder
1/2 t soda
1 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup soft margarine
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chocolate chips
Pour into greased pans and bake @ 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
