Utah Mud

Best Fourth of July treat ever!

Soften
1/2 gal. vanilla frozen yogurt

Stir to blend
1 8-oz container low-fat Cool Whip
1 small package crushed grasshopper cookies (save some whole cookies!)

Top with whole cookies. Freeze in 9"x12" pan.

(Can vary yogurt flavors and cookies)
